The aim of this journal is to discuss issues concerning latest legal studies carried out by academics from within and outside the country on Malaysian law. The scope of this journal encompasses civil and sharia law, as well as comparative study of Malaysian law with the laws of other countries.

Discussion in this journal deal with a variety of aspects of law such as: Criminal Law, Islamic Family Law, Law of Torts, Humanitarian Law, Sharia Criminal Law, and Constitutional Law.
