Kanun is published biannually in January and July. The discussions in this journal cover issues concerning latest legal studies carried out by academics from within and outside the country on Malaysian law that includes civil and sharia law. This incorporates comparative study of Malaysian law with the laws of other countries. Research regarding aspects of law that is barely carried out in Malay will be given priority. All submitted articles will go through double blind review process and only articles that are accepted will be published.
